Frustration with Windows 10 update

I bought a printer recently and it worked fine until the recent Windows 10 update. I have tried everything, but nothing works. Why doesn't Windows step up and solve the problems it causes? People are frustrated!!!! And windows doesn't proivde any support!!!!!
