i am trying to reset my laptop because it has so much junk on it. i have tried deleting all my apps i don't use, and when i try to reset it i get a message that says i need to free up more space to do so. that doesn't make sense to me. that's why I'm restting it. can anybody help with this? keeping in mind i am fairly computer illiterate and will definitely need a step by step.
