Since I'm having problems accessing administrator controls, I have decided to take a system restore or use system reset. However in many attempts such as restarting my computer to get the restore or reset to work, nothing's happened when I choose on them both. Both options are out of action even though I can select the two to make my Windows computer to work better and access my Administrator controls back. But I can't seem to start it and it refuses to start. The only option I have left is my Advanced Startup, I wonder if this option may work or not, but I've stopped myself to ask you this to all if you can help me find a solution what's going on.
