Ever since I updated to 1803, my PC freezes every 8 to 20 minutes. The freezes that happen aren't really normal freezes, I can still move my mouse, audio still plays, but animations freeze and most things don't work. When I try to open task manager or select an option in a context menu, this happens.
Every icon on the taskbar, even when closed, stays in the taskbar. Like this.
Ssssooo, yea. I have no idea what could be causing this, since it was caused by and update. Things I've tried are
sfc /scannow
chkdsk
updating GPU drivers
I can't rollback either, so I'm stuck figuring out what's causing this so I can fix it.
