Why can I not put a file into another one?

"You'll need to provide administrator permission to move this folder." --> I already tried this!!!!! I checked and I am the local account and administrator but look at this:





I do the whole "continue", "try again" thing and it still won't let me move the file!!!! Look at this:



What???? I changed it!!!! Someone please please please help me, I do not know what I am doing, I am so bad with computers.
