Windows kept asking me to do an update and after I did it I got a repair drivers message. I let that happen and all seemed okay until I powered on this morning. My Toshiba logo came on with a please wait message. Then, after a couple of minutes, there was a quick flash and it went black screen with the cursor showing. I tried restarting, using help keys, and using windows/ctrl/shift/8 as recommended by others. None of it worked so I just let my laptop sit. Now, a choose your keyboard layout screen has popped up, but nothing happens when I choose. My laptop came loaded with Windows 10 so there is no cd or number. Is there something else to try? I need some of the programs on my computer.
