Hello Microsoft Community,
I've had an absolute terrible night attempting to fix my fiances laptop after updating her network drivers. She was having issues connecting to the WiFi, it refused to connect no matter what we tried - resetting the adapter, etc. so we decided to update the drivers and use the network reset utility on Windows 10 and after this its been giving BSOD errors and will instantly crash once you press login.
When booting into HDD recovery, the PC won't refresh, the system restore is not working (First it gives disk errors, after scanning and fixing them it initiates the restore process but doesn't fix them) and if you attempt sfc /scannow it says "Another servicing or repair operation is currently running."
What can I do? We need to keep the files on the HDD as they are college related work.
Laptop: Toshiba Satellite C50-A
Operating system: Windows 10
