I am unable to use 'Color Management' because I get the error 'access denied'. It still opens but nothing changes in it. Also, I am unable to finish the Display Color Calibration process, I get the error box
This all happened after uninstalling and reinstalling AMD graphics drivers. I have tried to restart, uninstall drivers again, reinstall drivers, manually updating, updating through windows update, Removing all leftover folders and files of AMD, restoring, and all to no avail. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The system cannot find the file specified."
