"Insider Build" destroying computer, how do I make them stop?

I made the idiotic mistake of opting in to the windows insider (inside your backside) program. The last update forced me to format my drive and re-install, the only option I had was to REINSTALL ANOTHER INSIDER BUILD. Today, I made the stupid mistake of again clicking 'update computer and restart'. As typical, the updated failed and computer has been in a "restoring previous version of windows" loop for 6 hours, again, I am going to lose EVERYTHING, not that there was much left after the last debacle.


I need to find a way out of this insanity, my blood pressure is at abnormal levels, my head is throbbing. this is not what I paid for.
