Win 10 Word

Win 10 Word when opened is barely visible and I can't seem to fix it. Also, when I click on an icon to do something, it has a RED border on it. Is this from the update or what? I have been trying to download Office and Support app from Microsoft but my computer tell me it cannot be installed because my administrator says it is possibly dangerous. Anyone who can tell me what is going on and how to fix it? It is driving me crazy. Thankyou.
