Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Dropbox\Smartphone\Verizon Contacts. Error:(STATUS_WAIT_3

One file will not backup to my external hard drive. It is located in a cloud in my files. All other files in that cloud backup without a concern. I have searched the internet and cannot resolve the problem. Any assistance to this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
