Video Not Playing

Since my recent Windows 10 update, no video players work on my PC to show movies. I have Windows Media Player, VLC, and just tried mpc 321. None of them open videos. I have done a virus check on my computer, and have none. This computer is only 1 year old and has never had any video problems before this update. Suggestions please?
