I have updated my drivers, changed the brightness setting to 100%, adjusted the contrast, run Dell hardware troubleshooting (and found all was Ok) and any other testing/troubleshooting process I can think of with no result. I have moved the lid back and forth, but that doesn't change the brightness so it can't be a loose wire. Sometimes it will be fine, then it just randomly dims. Does anyone have any idea of what I can do next? Thanks.
