Where is my login and logoff sound?

I logged in to my windows 7 pc and remembered that my pc once had many sounds, including the login sounds. In windows 10, it's no longer played. I even tried modding the registry by changing "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\EventLabels\WindowsLogon\ExcludeFromCPL" value to 0, but no change! HOW DO I GET IT BACK?!
