Bookmark i have problem with administrator account

currently i use my laptop as local account.yesterday i login as local account and deactivate administrator account.now totaly application needs administrator permission and cant activate administrator account through local account .and also cant access group and local policy. 707ce3b7-2459-4b5b-aa84-7c5a81da3f2f?upload=true.png please give some solution. thank u
