missing USB in the Editor Registry

Hi I'm traying to fix one off the USB port not working,i try every thing ,I'm not sure if is a hardware problem,I check the Registry,traying to delete the selective suspend registry entry,itype HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVICES\USB but the USB is missing in Registry Editor,I find USBHUB3 does not look the same to me how can I fix the missing USB? apreciate any information.
