Windows 10 sporadically reboots by itself and then runs really slow

When Windows 10 reboots by itself everything runs really slow EX: Startup, Opening Programs, Searches compared to the faster running prior to the reboot. I've tried fixes I've seen on UTube but nothing seems to work. Is anyone having the same issues and know of a fix. THX.
