So I use a realtech USB 3.0 network adapter just so I can use my pc as a wifi hotspot. I do not actually use the wifi on my computer I use ethernet for that but the wifi adapter is for the hotspot. However, my adapter is constantly randomly disconnecting and then instantly reconnecting, as if it were unplugged, which causes the hotspot to be turned off. You can imagine how frustrating this is. I also know that it is not the wifi adapter itself because I have tried using three different ones. I have tried the following-
Updating the drivers for the network adapter
Updating Windows
Restarting my computer
Switching USB ports
Right Clicking the adapter, going to properties, and unchecking "Allow windows to turn off to save power"
Making the network private and not public.
This is very frustrating and I would very much like to fix it. Please help
