Activating Windows 10 Home thru OEM Key

I recently purchased a Windows 10 OEM Key thru kinguin.com and did buy the buyers protection. However, Microsoft toll free activation is no help because of a language barrier. I have the product key, installation ID, and Product ID. I dont know how to find the License key and overall need help figuring this out. Thank you. (Ps: This was thru clean installation not an upgrade)
