Hi,
We use RRAS as a VPN server with L2TP and SSTP protocols. Also we use duo.com for two-factor authentication. In a few minutes after a user has been connected the VPN server register an error:
CoId={2E08BF7D-E909-4912-9F8E-020CECB0E773}: The user USER connected from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX but failed an authentication
attempt due to the following reason: The connection was prevented because of a policy configured on your RAS/VPN server.
Specifically, the authentication method used by the server to verify your username and password may not match the
authentication method configured in your connection profile. Please contact the Administrator of the RAS server and notify
them of this error.
Why appears this error even the user has connected?
Here are the NAP settings:
VPN server settings:
And client settings:
How to stop getting this error?
Thank you in advance!
