Error code 8000FFFF when I try to download itunes

I had to reload windows. Everything seems to be working fine but I cannot download iTunes. When I go to the iTunes site, it automatically opens the app store and I get "The server stumbled. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later. The error code is 0x8000FFFF in case you need it". If I open the app store and search for iTunes, the download button is "greyed out". I can download other apps, no problem.
