Windows server 2012 R2 event log extremely slow

Hello everybody

I have a fully updated windows 2012 R2 server.

When I open event viewer and try to access logs the CPU reaches 100% usage and gets stuck.

I tried to clear the logs , windows updates , AV removal , replace SSD disk , none of this helped.


Can somebody here provide useful information or help?
