Dear Support,
After upgrading windows 10 1803, Sign In error is coming in Office apps.
We have done below activities.
1. Unlink the OneDrive Next Generation Sync Client.
2. Exit all Office applications.
3. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials.
4. Remove all credentials there.
5. Run regedit to open Registry Editor.
6. From Registry Editor,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities.
7. Deleted folder under Identities.
8. Running C:\Users\UserAccountName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe /reset in the command prompt to reset the OneDrive Next Generation Sync Client.
9. Clear IE caches via Tools>Safety>Deleting browser history
