info about format vhdx

Hi, i use a cluster of hyper-v 2012 R2. I need to create 2 virtual machine for new sql 2016 installation. I know that microsoft recommend 64k block size for sql enviroment, but i have checked how are format csv volumes and are format with 4k block size.

So i can format vhdx disk with 64k, and on my enviroment i can have some benefit?
