window server 2012 Post deployment configuration error, can't access IIS manager

Hi

I tried to configure my windows server 2012. It showed post deployment error.

I got error message as shown below. After seeing the error message, I deleted all users(in case of any read/write access to log files),

I went to the log file folder and added administrator to use it,

I went to the user right assignment and added administrator

but still shows errors. I am really confused, what to do.

Any help greatly appreciated. (I don't know if all these happened after I created a user in the server, so I deleted the user, still getting the error).
