Upgrade Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation to R2 Standard

HI,

I do have a 2 Windows Server 2012 R2 and Currently Configure as PDC, Secondary Domain Controller and WSUS. Iwanted to upgrade them to Standard. What things shall i consider? Does the old roles and features will be affected. Thanks in advance. By The way, they are already in production.
