Reinstall microsoft mahjong on Windows 8

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Classic mahjong game several times to try to get it to run more smoothly. This time the site seems to have changed and I cannot find the way to reinstall the game. There is a statement which says that I own the game (I do), but no way that I can see to reinstall it.
