RDP Error after we have upgrade from Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2016

Hi All,

I am receiving the below error when I RDP to a server we have recently upgraded to Windows Server 2016

I am not sure which updates fix this, can anyone assist me in this? I have three servers doing the same
