Error when creating storagereplica

Hi, I've been given this error when tried to create replication between two computers

I'm following this guide https://www.starwindsoftware.com/bl...-replication-using-windows-server-2016-part-1 , but I didn't configure Failover Clustering. Does this matter? Both computers have been joined to a local domain.
