2012 R2 server and annoying behavior internet explorer

Hi,

So I have clean installation of Windows 2012 R2 Standard server. And I noticed very annoying thing. When server reboots and I login or if I log out and log in again - IE starts automatically:/ How can I disable this nonsense? Thanks.
