Win32 Access is denied/The RPC server is unavailable

[Risingflight]

I am getting error when connecting to remote server through WMI

wmimgmt.msc-connect to another computer-remoteserver
when i right click properties i see
Failed to connected to \\RemoteServer because 'Win32 Access is denied'

When i do wbemtest--and connect to remote server
\\RemoteServer\root\cimv2
Number: 0x80070005
Facility: Win32
Description: Access is denied.
When i put my credentials in wbemtest i am getting below error
Number: 0x800706ba
Facility: Win32
Description: The RPC server is unavailable.

Please help me troubleshoot this issue
