While opening a compacted App file from external HDD, faced with 'the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect'

Hi Everyone!

While opening a compacted App file usually used by HP company from an external HDD, I am faced with 'the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect'

However, once moved onto internal(local) HDD, then the file was successfully opened.
