server used as - terminal.so i2016 standart with desktop exp
upon deployment everything was worked fine . even turbo boost was fine .but we had problems with cpu . so we are replaced it.
now - in adaptive power plan cpu works ONLY on its default speed . 3.7 ghz . not more . turbo boost stopped working in adaptive power plan . if i choose - high performance - turbo working fine . but full time 4.3 make a problem with cooling system noise ( server in same room with ither workers in office so it must not work as rocket) . is there are any chance to fix turbo with adaptive plan wo system reinstall ( it will REALLY unfortunate )
what i tryed
1. reset particular power plan
2. reset all plans
3. tryed KB Power and performance Tuning
