WINDOW SERVER TIME CHANGE AUTO AFTER FEW DAYS

We are using window server 2012 std and one virtual server on it ,I use AD server in virtual server

I noticed that the server time change automatic after some days. The server time go in back time, its change 5 minute in one month near about.
