OK, so I work for myself and am unable to open any of my files. I have lost two days of work because of this issue and I am at my wits end. I have listed below the things I have tried so far and have also included a log of various diagnostics and reports I have run.
I have:
- Updated all my drivers
- Run all my system cleaning, virus and malware software
- Restarted in Safe Mode (crash persists)
- Run sfc /scannow (see log)
- Looked at Stopped Working Errors (see log)
- Run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (see log)
Can anybody suggest anything else? Please!?
This is a home laptop, not networked.
Running Windows 10 Home version 1803.
