Hello everyone.
I'm having an issue with 3 servers running Windows Server 2012 R2.
All the 3 servers shutdown at least 1 day in the week with the following message (Information) on Event Viewer: "The kernel power manager has initiated a shutdown transition.", Event ID: 109 (103). And 4 secs later: "The operating system is shutting down at system time 2018-07-18T15:56:39.813607700Z."
All the 3 servers are just for Data Storage and Backups, nothing special installed on they, besides Cobian Gravity 11 (which is not activated to turn off when a task ends).

All the 3 servers works fines, no problems, no slow downs, no BSOD, they are activated, all updates are running fine (we set on gpedit to let the Administrator choose when to install), but still, every week an random shutdown. We even performed a clean install of Windows Server, but the problem persists.
I can wake-on-Lan they, but it's annoying to do it every single time.
And it's no AC Power problem as well, since all the 3 servers are on different buildings and even different networks.
No idea why this happen, anyone knows a solution for this weird shutdown?
