I'm trying to help my dad get back in to his laptop and we can't get pass the lock screen. It's a Gateway notebook PC model # Q5WTC. When he was trying to log on to it, it says "incorrect password. Go to Microsoft.live.com/password/reset". We went to the site, reset his password to his Microsoft account like it instructed from his phone and it still will not allow us to open the laptop with the new password either. It's as if it's not recognizing anything. He is the administrator account because he's the only one that using his laptop.
