Hello everyone,
we are currently experiencing a high RAM usage on some of our terminal servers - and i can't identify what is consuming the amount of RAM.
Environment:
Windows Server 2012 R2 Terminal Server
32GB RAM
Behaviour:
The system shows a RAM usage of approx. 28/32GB while the TaskManager only sums up to 18/32GB usage.
My main question now is: How can i determine which software is hogging the RAM without releasing it.
I know a few tools like RAMMap and ProcessExplorer - but i wasn't able to determine the cause of the high RAM usage.
Probably to missing experience/understanding of the said tools and how to read their output properly.
Any tips how i can find the cause?
Thanks!
