All of a sudden I started getting the above error and can't find anything
about it. Does anyone have a clue as to what this error pertains to?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

At what point do you see this error?
Is this part of an error message - is there any more to it?

It comes up when computer is booted up but not all the time. It's on blue
screen with other info, but other info just says to restart computer and
provides no other useful info.
Thanks Eric.

Try this site, it may provide some help for you.
In all probability it has to do with your OE:

Are you sure there's nothing useful on the screen?
Usually the BSOD
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/archive/winntas/tips/techrep/bsod.mspx?mfr=true)
has an actual message, such as "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

Searching for that "02 0028 C0030BAB" only finds references to OE.
If you have no other details on this message or what might have caused it,
I'm going with Harry's guess for corrupt emails in OE.
