Manage disk

Under Manage Disk, my Lenovo shows RAID 0, Disk 0 partition 2, Disk 0 partition 3, PBR_DRV, Windows 8 OS c:, WINRE_DRV. Can I use partition 2 or 3 to improve pc performance? I have a pet grooming program running and it seems to be really slow, I figured it was because of the customer data that I am saving on the computer and so I thought I could use the free space from partition 2 or 3.
