my old hard disk crushed, how to re-install Windows in the new hard disk without pay again?

my old hard disk crushed, I bought a SSD.Now I would like to reinstall windows 10, but my notebook was a windows 8 then in 2016 upgraded for free to Windows 10. Someone knows how to do it without pay again?
