Quick way to read server 2003, 2008, 2010 and 2012 OS and install applications

Hello

I have a network with servers 2003, 2008, 2010 and 2012 R2 that I am looking for a quick way (cmd) to get the OS and install applications.


Can't use powershell or a 3rd party package. cmdinfo, systeminfo, msinfo? Which is most reliable?

Thanks, I have about 100 unknown servers
