Audio Driver not working

My Audio isn't working. When I click on the volume button this is what it says, "No Audio Output device is installed." When I go to the Control panel and check the Device Manager, instead of the Realtek Audion Driver it says that the Driver is, "Bluetooth Audio Device." Which should not be there. I think reinstalling the Realtek Audio Driver should fix it but I am still unsure of what to do. I have a Windows 8, please answer as soon as possible. Thanks
