DWM.exe suddenly appeared in the processes and its draining my resources and is heating up my computer

and i mean suddenly. i always run task manager in order to check what programs are draining resources, mainly for gaming. iv had the computer for 3 years and suddenly a month or two back i got the DWM process, if i close it chrome closes but all other windows are unaffected.

am i perfectly certain i did not have it before? yes, why? because i used to play a game in windowed borderless, but due to the appearance of DWM it started to use 30-40% of my integrated as well when i played the game, ontop of the game already using 50% of my dedicated and it heats my computer to 85+ deg when i previously ran at 70 deg just fine. it happens to all games, but the one i mentioned is an extreme case, SAO:FB. as for other games, all games are running hotter then they did before.

im fairly certain that having runn task manager on my second monitor every day for the past 3 years, i would have seen it, since its using 10% of my integrated when i have chrome and task manager open. my previous computer is windows 7, which dont have it ether.

when i found it my reaction was "why the hell is my computer so hot? *checks task manager* what the f**k is windows task manager, and why is it using 40% of my gpu?"

so my only solution is to run all games needing more the 60% gpu in fullscreen, which is not ideal since it minimizes the game on tabbing and it takes 2-10 seconds to maximize it again, and as some one that chats on discord and stuff, i tab like once every minute or so on average, which it makes it quite annoying.

why did it suddenly appear, and how do i get rid of it, cus i dont want it. everything worked just fine when i dident have it.

im not certain if it appeared after i did a downgrade due to a update totally destroyed my performance about 2 months back (which made everything drop frames, even explorer, and also made so allot of games had extremely slow starts, dident even start at all or was bugged to hell and back; which i got help with from the support team), or if it happened at a later date after that.
