I've read many solutions about getting rid of this problem, but none of them worked.
I've unchecked sticky keys, filter keys.
I've reinstalled the keyboard driver.
I've checked if there is any hardware flaw, but there is none.
when I first time encountered with the problem, I just pressed who keyboard and at that time my shift key worked but as soon I restarted the computer, I am facing the problem again. I cannot even capital any letter, just using an auto type is helping for now, but I have a lot of use of special characters which I can't ignore so please help asap.
