Unable to activate Server 2016

[malloc_error]

The motherboard died on one of my home lab servers. I've swapped it out and reinstalled Server 2016, but I keep having errors when trying to activate.


I appreciate that for a planned upgrade, you could probably release the product key, but how can I do this for failed hardware?
