incomplete webpage download - header missing

Hi
I am new to this forum and site but initial review looks great!
Just wondering if anyone can help me.
I recently changed my graphics card and got a new DVD rewriter
installed with Nero software.
Since these changes I have some issues (thanks for the great info about
the WMS Idle workaround!)
The most annoying change is with internet sites. They do not download
correctly and are often missing the graphics/fill in at the top of the
page - sometimes missing the header all together - some sites are
therefore difficult to navigate.
I have run my virus scanners (Spybot, Nod-32, avast) to no avail.
I have turned off my scanners - did not correct
I have removed and reloaded Internet Explorer and I have made sure all
pictures/graphics are marked in the tools option.
I have a feeling it may be associated with a virus, Windows SP2 or
Nero
Any advice would be appreciated!

It doesn't sound like a virus. Get the latest drivers for your video
card from the card mftr.'s website. Follow instructions on the website
to install them. Usually you will uninstall the old ones first but check
to be sure. If that doesn't solve the issue, go to Nero's site and get
the latest updates for your software.
