This is a relay server based locally, and for reasons I won't go into it is not possible to relay off our office 365 accounts instead of using an internal Server 2016 SMTP server (the feature).

I'm at a loss, I am aware that there is not a RDNS Entry, but is that the cause for EVERY e-mail failing? by the hundreds, and many many domains, not just a few public ones, i.e. gmail, outlook, live, etc.
Please point me in the right direction.
