Server keep restarting after upgrading domain controller server 2012 to 2012 R2

I am getting the following error after upgrading domain controller server 2012 to 2012 R2

the server keeps crashing and restarting, reverting back to windows 2012 seems to be okay

not sure what is going on, the same problem happened if i add additional domain controller running windows 2012 R2
