Hi. Recently my laptop suddenly wouldn't receive any internet connection (wireless and ethernet) so I try to restart, safe mode restart, and eventually resorting to factory reset. However, the screen turns black (but still on/grayish lighting) and doesn't respond for 12 hours (I patiently waited to see if anything would happen). Force shutdown still works so I did that and tried other methods of resetting, as in pressing shift during restart so I can choose from advanced reset settings. Results are still the same - a nonresponding screen. Help?
